2. Estimates & Quotes

Any cost estimates shared during the consultation are based on initial assessments. Final pricing may vary depending on material availability, design changes, site conditions, or scope adjustments. All confirmed costs will be stated in the official contract.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit amounts and final balances, will be outlined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may result in paused work or additional charges. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of agreement.

4. Scheduling & Delays

We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays due to weather, client changes, permit issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact the schedule. Urbanvate is not liable for such delays beyond our control.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Workmanship warranties may apply to certain services, as specified in your service agreement. Product or material warranties are covered by their respective manufacturers.

6. Liability
